We have given the utmost care to the reports and printed output that the system produces. They are the best that are produced by any system on the market today.

All reports can be configured to give selective views of the available data, by multiple different parameters depending on the particular report. Even though the reporting functions are powerful and wide ranging, they are extremely easy to use, with no complicated setup and user interaction required. All options are clearly laid out on screen as logical choices for the user, covering all eventualities.

A few examples of the printed output:

The agents weekly sheet - probably the most important single item that any lottery requires.

The weekly agents / members / lottery summary. This produces separate summary pages for all sub-lotteries in the system, and a master summary page for the lottery organiser, totalling all the sub-lotteries.

Cumulative membership statistics graph over time. A vital single page that at a glance gives a full picture of the progress of the lottery over a period of time.

Numerous other printouts, reports and lists. We can provide ad-hoc and bespoke reporting capabilities on request, together with close integration between the Saturday Yankee system and word-processing, spreadsheet and standard database applications.
