Technical support is provided
on a 2 hour response time during business hours, and next day outside
business hours.
We are fully equipped to remotely diagnose and fix software and
data issues. This can be done via a direct computer to computer
connection from our data centre to a lottery system anywhere, via
modem and a normal telephone connection. If you are equipped with
a suitable always on internet connection, such as broadband or leased
line, we can provide software and system fixes via the internet.
We will give a cast-iron guarantee that we will get your system
running within one working day, whatever has happened - even if
your PC has been destroyed !
The software is extremely intuitive and easy to use and it comes
complete with a printed user's guide. If required, however, we can
provide user training, either on site at your offices, or at our
head office.
